Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct one-on-one and small group therapy sessions with students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior data.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster student development.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to uphold high standards of care.
- Assist in developing materials and resources for behavior interventions.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and team members.
- Proficiency in maintaining meticulous records and meeting deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in related fields is advantageous.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- The caseload includes students ranging from Pre K through 12th grade.
