Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to help students thrive? ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled RBT to join our team in Richmond, California. Utilize your expertise to provide exceptional support and care to students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students.
Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Assist in the development and modification of behavior intervention plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
