Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Richmond, CA
Hourly Rate: $29/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, W2

Position Summary:

Join our team as an RBT in Richmond, CA, and provide vital support in behavior interventions for students in an educational setting. You will work closely with a BCBA and other school staff to deliver targeted behavior plans.

Main Duties:

Implement Behavior Plans: Apply student-specific interventions.
Monitor Progress: Collect data and provide feedback on behavioral outcomes.
Collaborate with Team: Work alongside educators, BCBAs, and parents.
Engage with Students: Establish strong relationships to support behavior improvements.

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification.
Prior experience working in schools or with children.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
