ProCare Therapy is now hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for school districts across Sacramento, Elk Grove, and nearby areas, including Rancho Cordova, Florin, and North Highlands. Join our team to make a meaningful impact on students with autism and behavioral challenges.
Position Highlights:
- Job Type: Full-time, in-person
- Student Population: K-12 students with autism and behavioral challenges
- Pay: Competitive pay at $28 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and intervention to K-12 students.
- Implement and track Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism.
- Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and parents to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Current RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician).
- Experience working with students with autism or other behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication skills and effective behavior management techniques.
- Background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening required.
