ProCare Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for the 2024-2025 school year to work with K-12 students in Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Florin, North Highlands, and surrounding areas. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and intervention for K-12 students.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with BCBAs.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students with autism or behavioral challenges.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure effective behavioral interventions.
Requirements:
- Current RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician).
- Experience working with students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special education.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage student behavior.
- Must pass a background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening.
