ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in San Jose, CA. Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records and collect data to track student progress effectively.
- Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in educational or behavioral settings, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
