Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Vancouver, WA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This part-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of $25+. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Assist in developing and adjusting behavioral strategies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators, therapists, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
