Position Overview:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Behavioral Interventions: Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy based on individual treatment plans.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Track and record client progress using specific data collection methods to monitor behavior and evaluate progress.
- Behavior Management: Assist in reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting positive behaviors through reinforcement techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with behavior analysts, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals.
- Client Support: Provide direct support to clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, and community environments.
- Family and Caregiver Support: Provide guidance and training for families and caregivers on implementing behavioral interventions at home.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must hold a current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, patience, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
