- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to track progress and outcomes
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding behavior analysis in educational settings
