Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other support staff
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic practices
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Location:
- Rifle, CO (On-site at a K-12 School)
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist
- Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students therapeutic goals
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students needs and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services provided
