Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Weare, NH

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time school-based position in Weare, NH. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive elementary school environment, providing therapy services to students Pre-K through 3rd grade with a variety of disabilities.

Position Details:

• Location: Weare, NH
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2025 (End of the School Year)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
• Caseload: Pre-K - 3rd grade, all disabilities
• Setting: Onsite at one elementary school

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist (OT) in delivering therapy services to students
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks
• Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire COTA license
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
