Job Description

Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure in School Counseling
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individual student plans and conduct assessments
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive school environment
- Proficient in collaboration with educators, parents, and staff
Location:
- Hardwick, VT
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a wide range of emotional and developmental issues
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for parents and staff on student well-being
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation
