Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field
- Valid teaching certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in inclusive settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) preferred
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to facilitate communication and learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding progress and needs
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment tailored to student abilities
