Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field.
- Valid teaching certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in an inclusive setting.
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and other communication methods.

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to ensure effective communication and support.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in accessing the curriculum.
- Develop and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
