Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one support to students requiring medical assistance.
- Implement care plans for students with specialized medical needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress and medical information.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/LVN license with certification in Vent and Trach.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with medically fragile students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient approach to student care.
