Qualifications:
- Current LPN/LVN license with relevant certifications
- Must possess Vent and Trach certification
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience supporting students one-on-one is an asset
Location:
- Corona, CA
- Full Semester Contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to students with medical needs
- Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Monitor and respond to the health and safety requirements of students
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and care
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs
- Assist in administering medications and following prescribed health procedures
