Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/LVN license
- Certification in ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Previous experience working with medically fragile populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other healthcare professionals
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Location:
Santa Ana, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to medically fragile students
- Administer medications and monitor students health needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate students daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in alignment with current needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and health records
- Participate in meetings and training as required
