Location: West Union, Ohio

Pay Rate: $30-35 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, 6.5 hours a day

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a school in West Union, Ohio. The LPN will be responsible for a Pre- kindergarten that has a trachea .

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with various health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor students' health and report any changes to the appropriate parties
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and staff members regarding student health concerns
• Provide health education and guidance to students, parents, and staff members as needed

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience working with school-age children preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Basic computer skills
