Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and peers to optimize student outcomes.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

• Hold a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess a valid Maryland license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience with school-aged children is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in maintaining precise records and consistently meeting deadlines.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
• The caseload includes Elementary-age students.
