Qualifications:
- Valid OT license in the state
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Location: Anoka, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Conduct evaluations and monitor progress to adjust therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to comprehensive student care
