Qualifications:
- Masters degree in OT or related field.
- Valid state licensure as an OT.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists.
- Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic programs that promote physical and developmental skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and outcomes.
