Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' therapeutic needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student success
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide direct therapy services and maintain appropriate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate staff and parents on occupational therapy principles and practices
