Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other specialists
- Knowledge of IEPs and OT assessment tools
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
Location:
Coquille, OR
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students needs.
- Implement therapeutic activities that enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding students progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment outcomes.
