Location: Cranston, RI
Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement occupational therapy plans for a diverse K-12 student caseload of 20 individuals.
- Develop and adapt therapeutic activities to enhance fine motor skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy methods as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in OT.
- Current state licensure or certification in OT.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques related to fine motor skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.

This role offers the flexibility of full-time hours but is open to part-time candidates as well, accommodating various schedules.
