Primary Duties:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide occupational therapy services across various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to maximize student outcomes.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Georgia license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience with school-aged children is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.
- The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.
