Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant certifications and licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
- Strong understanding of Occupational Health principles
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaborative practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities aimed at achieving individual student goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student outcomes
- Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
