Job Description
An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational environment. This part-time position, requiring availability for 28 hours per week, focuses on enhancing the learning experiences of students from kindergarten through eighth grade.
Qualifications:
- Valid occupational therapy license in California
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Location:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop tailored therapy plans to improve daily living skills and educational outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapeutic practices into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student care and support
- Provide guidance to staff and families regarding the impact of disabilities on student learning
