Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Must have 1+ year of experience working in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of K-12 educational systems and related therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to support student needs.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment.
