Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide part-time services in a dynamic K-12 educational environment located in Lemoore, CA. This role involves working 28 hours per week, focusing on supporting students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices in education
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students' needs to establish therapy goals
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress
