Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- Experience in home health, healthcare, and school settings
- Strong understanding of K-12 education systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location:
Lorena, TX
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Maintain a full-time caseload of K-12th grade students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to enhance student outcomes.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
