Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct services to students on an Individualized Education Program (IEP) basis, ensuring tailored support.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of services provided and communicate regularly with the IEP team.
- Support students who require assistance with daily activities and social skills development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a part-time schedule.
