Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Preferred experience working with children with disabilities in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset for working within a team
Location:
- Marshfield, MA (K-12 School Environment)
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students, tailored to individual needs
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Conduct assessments and track student progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
