ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Monterey, CA. This role involves working with PreK-12 students and traveling between multiple school sites to provide essential therapy services. Position Details:

• Location: Monterey, CA
• Schedule: Full-time
• Caseload: PreK-12 students
• Travel: Required between multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with mild to severe disabilities
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to travel between school sites
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
