Qualifications:
- Masters level degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students based on their specific needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students' physical, emotional, and social development
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and records as required by state regulations
