Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is hiring a licensed occupational therapist (OT) to join a school district in Pomona, CA. This full-time position will focus on supporting elementary (12 students) and high school (18 students) caseloads. The OT will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student success.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• Caseload: 12 elementary students & 18 high school students
• Duties: Develop therapy plans, assess motor skill development, collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct OT services for fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional movement
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to integrate therapy strategies
• Track student progress and maintain required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings to align therapy goals with academic success

Qualifications

• Active California OT license (required)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
