Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of fine motor skill development and therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) or similar documentation.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students needs for occupational therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 20 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
