This full-time, onsite position is located in Rockford, IL, for the duration of the 2025-2026 school year. The role focuses on supporting students' diverse needs through therapeutic interventions, ensuring they have the necessary resources to thrive in their educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and practices
- Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students needs for occupational therapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance students overall development
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress

- Document services rendered and maintain accurate student records
