Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy License in California
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and tools
Location:
- Salinas, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, adapting techniques as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and other required school meetings
