Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is based in San Francisco, CA, and focuses on providing therapeutic services to help students achieve their educational and developmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant certification and licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs.
