Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) San Marcos, CA

ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in San Marcos, CA. This is a full-time, school-based position providing therapy services to elementary students with a range of disabilities. Job Details:

• Location: San Marcos, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 70 students (subject to change)
• Grade Level: Elementary
• Disabilities: Various

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services based on IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress discussions

Qualifications:

• Active California OT license required
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
