Position Highlights

Hourly Pay: $45/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Serving K-12 students

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to support diverse learners.
• Deliver therapy services in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure optimal student outcomes.
• Provide expert input during IEP meetings, advocating for students' therapy needs.
• Stay current on the latest practices and research in occupational therapy for schools.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active state licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• School-based experience or familiarity with K-12 caseloads is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining thorough documentation and meeting deadlines.
