An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of K-12 students. This full-time position is based in Tacoma, WA, and spans the upcoming school year, focusing on serving students from elementary to high school.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and support for students with diverse occupational needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff.
  • Collaborate with fellow occupational therapists to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to promote understanding and engagement in therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid state license and credentials as an occupational therapist.
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a school setting.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to support student success.

This role offers 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, allowing for a structured and fulfilling work schedule.
