Full-Time or Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Tempe, AZ

ProCare Therapy is currently hiring a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Tempe, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a single district across four school sites, supporting students with a wide range of needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Tempe, AZ
• Start Date: January 27, 2025
• End Date: May 21, 2025
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time available
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students (subject to change)
• Grade Levels: Pre-K through 8th grade

Job Duties:

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students based on their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in DSCtop for Medicaid billing and accountability
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
• Support students with mild, moderate, and severe disabilities

Requirements:

• Active Arizona OT license
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
