Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in OT or related field.
- Current and valid state license for OT.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educational staff.
- Knowledge of childhood development and therapeutic practices.

Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs through evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students overall development.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Maintain professional documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
