School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Vista, CA

ProCare Therapy is actively hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Vista, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative school setting, providing essential therapy services to elementary students with various disabilities.

Position Overview:

• Location: Vista, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 70 students (subject to change)
• Grade Level: Elementary
• Disabilities: Various

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation for progress tracking and Medicaid billing
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Requirements:

• California OT license required
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
