Job Description
Seeking an experienced professional to provide essential support in a K-12 school setting located in Woodway, TX. This full-time position is focused on serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing a diverse range of therapeutic needs for the upcoming 2025/26 school year.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Relevant experience in healthcare, particularly within school settings
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques applicable to children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to occupational therapists in delivering therapeutic services to students
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate therapeutic activities into the classroom
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
- Support students in developing necessary skills for their educational success
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and needs
