Job Title: Paraprofessional
Location: Arroyo Grande, CA
Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in supporting students' learning and behavioral needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
Help with classroom management and student supervision.
Collaborate with staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

Must have 60 college credits, an associate degree, or have passed the ParaPro Assessment.
Understanding of students with behavioral and mental health needs in a public school setting is preferred.
Ed Tech Authorization is required (pending status acceptable).
