Qualifications:

- Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward addressing student needs and challenges.
- Ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet varied learning styles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional programs and IEP goals.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs, fostering their academic and social development.
- Collaborate with educators and other paraprofessionals to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, ensuring a safe and supportive classroom setting.
