Job Description
Engage in a vital role supporting students and educators in a dynamic K-12 environment in Boulder City, NV. This position is essential for fostering an inclusive and effective learning atmosphere, addressing the diverse needs of students through paraprofessional support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in education or child development preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and staff.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and support various learning styles.
- EIPA score preferred; candidates without a score will undergo a screening process to assess qualifications.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional programs and lesson plans.
- Support students with individualized education programs (IEPs), ensuring they receive appropriate guidance.
- Facilitate small group activities and provide one-on-one support to enhance student learning.
- Monitor student progress and behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with educators and other staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.
