Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time | 2024-2025 School Year | Sacramento, Elk Grove & Surrounding Areas
ProCare Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for a full-time, in-person role working with K-12 students in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and surrounding areas, including Rancho Cordova, Florin, and North Highlands. If you have experience in providing behavioral support and interventions to students, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading educational staffing agency.
Position Overview:
- Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year
- Provide behavioral interventions and support to K-12 students with autism and other behavioral challenges
- Competitive Pay: $28 per hour

Required Qualifications:
- Current RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
- Experience working with students with autism and other behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and behavioral management skills
- Must pass background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening
